Old-fashioned Austrian pastries with a modern twist.
That’s what Reinhard Lackner has done to the traditional sacher cake, rhubarb and strawberry mousse cake and the Mozart chocolate slice.
The Executive Pastry Chef at Singapore’s Intercontinental Hotel, Reinhard recently presented me with these three cakes, and explained how his Sacher cake differs from the traditional one.
